1. Definitions

3. Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration Process

To use wg88 services, you must create a personal account by providing accurate personal information including full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You may only register one account per person. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

wg88 is required by international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations to verify the identity of all users. Before processing your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification by submitting:

• A clear copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP Nasional) showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and ID number.
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence).
• A selfie photograph holding your ID card next to your face for identity confirmation.

KYC processing typically takes 1-24 hours. During verification, you may deposit and play but withdrawals will be temporarily restricted until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

wg88 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits are typically credited instantly to your account balance. wg88 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified Indonesian bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 3-15 minutes during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside banking hours are processed on the next business day.

All withdrawal requests are subject to security review. wg88 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals. Withdrawals may be delayed or denied if we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

To prevent money laundering, all deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. For example, if you deposit Rp 500,000, you must place at least Rp 500,000 in total wagers (cumulative across all bets) before requesting a withdrawal. This requirement applies regardless of whether your bets win or lose.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, wg88 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional incentives. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are clearly stated in the promotional offer. General rules governing all bonuses include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds typically carry wagering requirements (e.g., 20x, 30x) meaning you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before winnings can be withdrawn.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses may be restricted to specific games or game categories. Wagering on excluded games will not count toward wagering requirements.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the specified timeframe stated in the offer. Expired bonuses are forfeited along with any associated winnings.
• Maximum Bet Limits: While bonus funds are active, maximum bet sizes may be limited (e.g., Rp 10,000 per spin/bet). Exceeding maximum bet limits may void the bonus and winnings.
• One Bonus Per Player: Only one active bonus is permitted per account at any time. You may not claim multiple bonuses concurrently.
• Bonus Abuse: wg88 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate winnings if we determine bonuses are being abused through coordinated betting, arbitrage strategies, multiple accounts, or other unfair advantage tactics.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are subject to the official rules of the respective sport and league. Settlement of bets is based on official results as determined by the governing sports authority. In the event of a postponed or abandoned match, bets will be voided and stakes refunded unless the match is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games, slots, and live dealer games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live streaming from licensed studios. Game results are final and cannot be disputed once the round is complete. If a technical malfunction occurs during gameplay, the affected game round will be voided and stakes refunded.

6.3 Prohibited Activities
